• Identity verification (copy of ID card or passport)

Step 2: Identity Verification

We will verify your identity for security purposes, which may take 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Data Deletion Process

After identity verification, we will proceed with data deletion within 30 days.

Data That Cannot Be Deleted

We may not be able to delete data in the following cases:

• Data required to be retained by law
• Data necessary for fraud prevention
• Data involved in ongoing legal proceedings
• Data necessary for security purposes
